During this stay our room was clean and tidy with fresh crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. Though the restaurant was unfortunately closed room service breakfast was available. We shall certainly be back later in the year.

Whilst the establishment is dated , that is of minor importance as Venora and her team deliver FIVE STAR service at a 3* hotel. More assuring was the news of an intended refurbishment in 2022 to update the facility. The area is safe , a walking distance from most attractions within the CBD and esplanade. The COVID protocols are strictly adhered to and that was a welcomed relief to experience.

I would recommend this hotel for your stay as it is has everything you require for a start in Cairns. Venora was soo swift in arranging a last minute Karanda Rail / Skyrail day trip on my arrival and that too within 5 mins! So if you aren't sure where to begin your explorations as the friendly and efficient reception team to guide your time. The added advantage of having Accor membership was the delayed checkout and luggage storage ( this is standard for all guests).
